I started as an operator and then became a team leader in the night shift. For the past four years, I have been working in the early and late shifts. The working atmosphere at Plaston is great, I have nice colleagues, we stick together, and find solutions within the team. The company covered the costs of my training to become a setter and supported me in seizing a new opportunity.
